Today I attended the HEMA press day in Amsterdam. I was expecting to see cute, fun and creative products and that’s what I saw. Fun colours, textures and products. For HEMA fans like my daughter, Cierra there were also monochrome home accessories. The HEMA collection is versatile; a little something for everyone. But when the invitation was for the Spring + Summer collection I thought of Easter and COLORS. #echthema

Here is a first impression of what I saw. The products that caught my eye.

a battery powered led-light = so many possibilities (There is also one in pink!)

Oopsy Daisy. You know like in Notting Hill only it was Whoopsidaisies. My mom said that all the time. I’m also really liking the branding on these seed packages.

Remember the scene?

William: Whoopsidaisies!
Anna Scott: What did you say?
William: Nothing.
Anna Scott: Yes you did.
William: No I didn’t.
Anna Scott: You said “whoopsidaisies”.

That was quite a first impression, you think?

Thank you HEMA for the invite. I’m looking forward to my next HEMA blog post.
